First if there talking about installing the module into the system you do not need to not that, VistaIMS already did that and we are the only ones that can install modules. just keep watch the video they will get to the part that you need to see. also if they talk about logging in as Host or supper user you cannot not just log in as admin. 

Second as updates come out for the modules the video's on this page will not be up to date. If the video and the module does not seem to match up that is because the vendor has not put out a video for the new release yet. If your having problems please give us a call we are happy to help.
